All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise stated. Orders are dispatched within two business days after payment is received. An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped. Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods. |

Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping for non-fashion products such as artworks. Contact us directly at +61 400 112 626 for options. International orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or hotel. Orders are dispatched within two business days after payment is received. Changes to Your Order
We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been shipped. Please ensure all details are correct before submitting your order, especially your email and delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. For queries about changing your order, please contact us at sales@mainie.com.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within two business days after payment is received. An email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been shipped. During busy periods, delays may occur. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please contact us at sales@mainie.com.

Shipping Update for Our US Customers
We regret to advise that, due to recent changes to US import requirements beyond our control, Australia Post has temporarily suspended parcel deliveries to the USA and Puerto Rico.
We understand this may be disappointing and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. We are confident that this situation will be resolved soon and look forward to resuming shipping to our valued US customers in the near future.
Canada Strike
Canada Post workers have been on strike since November 2024. This has caused delays for many parcels, and some may have been returned to sender because Canada Post is not accepting incoming international parcels.

I love the Mainie Scarves, for myself and as the perfect gift. They are investment pieces that will be part of your wardrobe for life. Founded by Gunggari Aboriginal woman Charmaine Saunders in 2012, Mainie is a Supply Nation certified Indigenous Australian-owned company and an Indigenous Art Code approved dealer member.
