All orders placed are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders of $300 AUD and over to anywhere in Australia.
Please be aware that you may be required to sign for your delivery.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA?
If you are located inside Australia, we offer 3 services:
- Free Standard Shipping for all orders of $300 AUD and over (*3-10 business days from time of dispatch. Please note there maybe unavoidable shipping delays due to government restrictions for COVID-19)
- Flat Rate Standard Shipping and handling $19.95 AUD for orders of fashion products* under $300 AUD (*3-10 business days from time of dispatch Please note there maybe unavoidable shipping delays due to government restrictions for COVID-19)
- Express Post $24.95 AUD for orders on fashion products* (1-5 business days from time of dispatch Please note there maybe unavoidable shipping delays due to government restrictions for COVID-19)

All orders sent within Australia are sent via Australia Post unless otherwise stated.
All orders will be sent within two business days from the time payment has been received. Once the order has been mailed, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?
If you are located outside of Australia, we offer the following service:
Standard International Courier (Australia Post)
- Flat Rate $49.95 AUD shipping and handling for all fashion products*
- Delivery between 6-30 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, Please note there maybe unavoidable shipping delays due to government restrictions for COVID-19)
- Fully trackable
Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Mainie is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All orders will be sent within two business days from the time payment has been received. Once the order has been mailed, an email with tracking information will be sent to you.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at info@mainie.com Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes. Mainie is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to ship to the following countries/regions:

Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels, so please use a private address only.
